1. Order and customize your paraphernalia online. Or you can print out our fax/mail order form and send that to us. This only takes about 5 minutes once you've decided what you want to get.

Paying online is instant and easy using PayPal or any major credit or debit card. You can also mail us a money order, but that may slow down the process a little. Please contact us for details on mailing in your payment.

2. If you ordered a custom product, then we will email you a full-color proof about two business days after we have received your order and payment. This allows you to see exactly what your garment will look like before we begin embroidering. You will need to review this proof and reply to the email. You must either request changes or approve.

If you request changes, we will email you a new proof that includes your requested changes.

Once we have your approval, we will begin creating your order and the final product will look almost exactly like your proof.

3. Unless you order rush production, it usually takes 25 to 30 business days for us to create your jacket. Click here to see turnaround times for other products.

After your jacket is complete we will ship it to you and email you the tracking number (if available). Your order should arrive within 1 to 5 business days after we ship it out.
