We have been serving the Greek community since 1999.
Do you all have a retail store that I can come visit?

1. Ordering is easier at Stuff4Greeks.com.
No long, convoluted order forms. No forcing customers to sign up. Just tell us what you want and pay for your order, we'll handle the rest. We even give you an opportunity to make changes later when we email the proof to you. Once you approve the proof, all you have to do is wait for the jacket to show up at your door.
2. We are fully owned by Greeks.
All of the individuals who founded Stuff4Greeks and several of our staff members are active members of Greek letter organizations. We know what you want and how you want it. We serve ALL fraternities and sororities, not just a select few.
3. We email you a full-color proof.
That way, you get to see exactly how your order will look before we create the actual garment. This eliminates the chance for miscommunication and mistakes. The proof will be an exact replica of your garment, and you will have the opportunity to make changes and corrections as necessary. Our proofing process insures that all names are spelled correctly, that all colors are correct, that everything is in the right place, and that your artwork is embroidered to perfection. The paraphernalia delivered to your front door will look exactly like the proof that you approve. No other company offers this level of service.
4. We provide plus sizes (up to 6X) at no extra cost to you.
Most companies charge extra for plus sizes. We don't.
5. We'll make any design you want or you can choose from our extensive design library.
Upload it, sketch it and fax it, describe it over the phone, or describe it on your order form ... we can create just about any design you desire. We have professional artists and graphic designers on staff to help turn your vision into reality.
Now of course this level of service will cost more depending on the complexity of your request. But if you could get a nickel for every person's head you'll turn, you will reap the cost of your investment a hundred times over!
For those on a tighter budget, remember that you can choose any image from our design library at no extra cost. You can also combine elements from different designs, remove objects from a design, and change numbers, words, or colors.
6. Our embroidery is better quality.
We use state-of-the-art machinery to precisely cut your designs and embroider your garment. Only the best threads and materials touch our products. The overall care and craftsmanship that we put into creating your paraphernalia results in everything looking better and last longer. The difference is in the details.
7. Our customer service is impeccable.
We aim to provide 5-star service and to insure you have a great shopping experience at Stuff4Greeks. Our customer service representatives are knowledgeable and will always gladly answer any question you have. Our customers are most important to us. 8. We're faster.
We're told that one of the biggest problems people experience when ordering crossing jackets from other companies is turnaround time. We've heard of other companies that take over 4 months to produce a jacket, causing customers to go an entire semester without their paraphernalia. At Stuff4Greeks, our turnaround time is just 30 business days from the time you approve your jacket layout. Sometimes our customers get their jackets even sooner than that. Plus, we have rush options available and you can get your custom order in as soon as one week ... guaranteed.
9. Everything is fully customizable and interchangeable.
All of our paraphernalia can be personalized with any artwork you would like. For example, If you see a design on a jacket that you would like on t-shirt, we can create it for you.
10. No mistakes allowed.
We create your order directly from the proof that you approve; this greatly reduces the chance for error. All Stuff4Greeks employees are trained to have a careful eye and to pay close attention to detail. Each garment goes through at least three phases of inspection before it is shipped out. We are still human however, so in the extremely rare event that we do make a mistake, we'll pay for you to send the jacket back to us, we'll fix it, then we'll send it right back to you before you even realized it was gone.

Does it cost extra for you to create custom artwork?
In most cases, yes. Whenever new artwork is added to our system, the artwork must be digitized. Digitizing is a process of setting up the artwork so that our machines can understand it, and it can be properly embroidered onto your garment or made into a patch.
Digitizing requires a one-time setup fee, but once the design is in our system, it never has to be digitized again and you can order future items with that design at normal cost. The digitizing fee does not include the price of the garment itself.
How much does digitizing cost?
The amount of the digitizing fee varies depending on the complexity of the design. To get a rough estimate of your digitizing cost, multiply the number of colors in your design by 20. For example, if your design will have red, white, and blue with black outlines, your digitizing fee will probably be around $80. Again, this is only a rough estimate. Your cost could be slightly more or less depending on the level of detail in your image. You can always email us a sketch, picture, or description of your artwork for a more accurate price estimate. Or you can just upload the image with your order and we'll let you know the extra cost via email.
Again, the digitizing fee is a one-time setup fee, not per order. It only has to be paid once, then you can order future items at normal cost.
How do I pay for digitizing?
If you are ordering online, we will review your order and email you a link to remit payment for any extra features and any digitizing fees.
If you are ordering by phone or fax, you can pay for the digitizing fee and your order all at once.
Can you create artwork from scratch based on my description?
Yes! We have professional designers to bring your vision to life. For very detailed images, this service usually costs around $150 to $200. We will email you a proof of the artwork and make changes at your request. It helps tremendously if you can also send us pictures as a reference point for different parts of your design.

What's the difference between a crossing jersey and a crossing t-shirt?
First let us tell you the similarities between crossing jerseys and crossing t-shirts:
They both...- offer long-lasting quality
- display the same information
- are accepted by all organizations
- are referred to interchangeably as line shirts, line jerseys, crossing shirts, crossing jerseys, greek jerseys, frat jerseys, etc.
Here are the differences:

Do you all sell gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates make great gifts, especially if you want to get them something special, but you're not sure exactly what they want. All Greeks would love some personalized Greek paraphernalia to add to their collection.

How do I place an order?
There are 3 easy ways for you to place an order:
1) INTERNET: Use one of our online order forms.

2) EMAIL or FAX: Choose the PDF group order form that you need from below. Complete it and email it or print it and fax it to 866-902-0518. You will need Adobe Reader to view these forms. You can now type directly on the forms (requires a Windows machine and the latest version of Adobe Reader).

So how exactly does the ordering process work?

Can I send in my jacket so that Stuff4Greeks can add embroidery to it?
Yes! Just complete the PDF order form, print it out, and mail it to us with your jacket. On the form, check all of the features that you want us to add, then total that amount. Please contact us for the mailing address and further instructions.
Note: When sending in your personal garment for
us to add embroidery to it, you are bound by special conditions. Read them here.
What if I want some features that aren't included in any of the packages?
That's fine. You can always add extra features to a package. Many of our customers order a deluxe jacket, then add even more requests to their order. For example, some request additional name drops, or greek words embroidered through the greek letters, or icons on the sleeves, etc. We came up with our flat-rate packages to make the ordering process easy, but you are by no means bound by anything you see on this site. Keep in mind that sometimes these special requests will cost extra, and you can pay the difference using your credit card.

How do I place a group order?
There are 3 easy ways:
1) Use our new group order PDF forms. These forms allow you to type directly on the garment to tell us what you want.
-OR-
2) Use our Internet order forms and pay for each item separately. Choose an item from the home page to get to the Internet form for that item.

3) Call us toll-free at 1-866-22-GREEK. A Stuff4Greeks representative will take your group order over the phone. We will need the names, sizes, line names, and line numbers for each person included in your group order (other custom information may be provided as well). Please have your credit card ready.
Do you offer a group discount?
Yes! Place a group order of FIVE (5) ITEMS or more and you will receive 10% OFF your entire order. Plus, you will save on shipping costs because everything in your order will be shipped together to the same address. In order to qualify for the group discount, your order must meet all of the following criteria:
• the order must consist of 5 or more of the same item,
• all of the items must be identical except for names and numbers,
• you will receive a 10% discount on your entire order
To get the discount, your group orders must be called, faxed, or emailed in using the PDF forms.
How long do group orders take to produce?
Group orders could take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. A small group order may take about 4 - 6 weeks; a larger group order may take 6 - 8 weeks. These production times are estimates. If you would like to rush your order to receive it by a particular date, you can pay an extra fee per jacket (see the bottom of each order form for details).

I can't see any pictures.
Make sure you are using the latest web browser (preferably Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) and that you have Flash Player installed. If you are on a slow Internet connection, the pictures may take a long time to load.
Why isn't my jacket shown in the gallery?
The purpose of the gallery is to show customers what we are capable of doing, and to provide inspiration for ideas. We produce thousands of jackets, so we can't display every single jacket that we have ever made. We may choose to display previous orders that show originality, creativity, a unique color scheme, or a new product. Also, it could be that we just haven't updated the gallery yet since we shipped you your order. Sometimes we don't get an opportunity to photograph a jacket before it is shipped out.

What is a proof?
Your proof is a computer-generated image of your jacket that we create based on your order form results. Your proof will be an almost exact replica of your jacket. The proofing process allows you to see how your jacket looks before we actually embroider anything. This also gives you a chance to catch mistakes or make changes before it's too late.
When will I get my proof?
You should receive your proof via email within 2 business days after placing your order, but if your design is very complicated, it may take longer.
Why can't I see a proof before I pay?
At Stuff4Greeks, we treat every piece of greek paraphernalia like a custom work of art. Our staff consists of the most advanced graphic designers and embroiderers in the industry. Unfortunately, we don't have the time to churn out custom designs for every curious visitor that makes a request. We appreciate our serious customers, and once we receive payment, will quickly provide the color proof for your approval. You will have the opportunity to request changes as necessary before we begin embroidering your item(s).
What happens if I don't like the proof that is sent to me?
You may request minor changes as necessary until the proof looks exactly how you want your garment to look.
What if I've received a proof, but now I've changed my mind and I want to cancel the order?
We will be happy to make any necessary minor changes to your proof until you are satisfied. If you have simply changed your mind, however, and want to cancel your order after we've designed the proof (not due to any fault on our part), we will issue you a store credit.

Do you match competitors' prices?
No. Stuff4Greeks' product quality, turnaround time, and level of customer service is superior to that of any so-called competitor, therefore we do not match prices.
We do not mean to boast, but some of our customers have confessed to us that they shopped at the cheaper Greek shops before they came to Stuff4Greeks. Here are some of the common complaints that we hear about other companies:
"They never answer the phone."
"It took forever for me to get my jacket. I had to call and harass them."
"I never received my order."
"When I finally got my order, it had the wrong information on it."

Are your jackets good quality?
Yes. While other companies will give you a cheaper product in an effort to cut costs, we only give our customers the best. Our jackets are made of 100% nylon exterior with a thin, warm lining. Each jacket has two front pockets and an adjustable drawstring. Our jackets snap down; no zippers to get caught or snagged. The collar naturally lays down, but it can stand up if that is your desired look. Stuff for Greeks jackets are top-of-the-line. Don't take our word for it... see what our customers have to say.
Why is there a Stuff4Greeks logo embroidered on my jacket?
It is our normal practice to brand our jackets. We intentionally make the Stuff4Greeks logo small and inconspicuous so that it does not interfere with or draw attention away from your jacket's design. The Stuff4Greeks brand signifies your jacket's authenticity and quality. Most of our customers are proud to have the brand on their jacket to assure them that they are not wearing a cheap "knock-off" or imitation jacket.

What size jacket should I order?
Please refer to the sizing chart below. Sizes are given in inches - applicable for both men and women. The jackets run very true to size, so if you want to allow extra room for a sweater underneath, we suggest ordering one size larger than what you would normally wear. (Note that we do not charge extra for plus sizes.)

What is split-front text?
Instead of the typical Greek letters and crest, you can get your frat’s name embroidered across the front of your jacket. While the jacket is buttoned, the word reads whole. When you open the jacket, the word is split in half. Available in block or script lettering, with or without an athletic tail. Here are some examples:
